What we process

• From you as host: the content you enter (title, text, date, place and any image) and your email address if you choose to provide it.
• From guests who reply: name, optionally number of people and guest names, an optional message, and any wishlist reservations.
• Technical: standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. Some data is also stored locally in your own browser ("Your events" and a name for faster replies) — this stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Purpose and legal basis

• To provide and operate the service (contract, and legitimate interest in a working service).
• To send you the admin link and any recovery by email when you provide an email (consent / legitimate interest).
• To process payment when enabled (contract).

Retention

Invitations, replies and wishlists are deleted automatically 7 days after the event date and cannot be recovered. You can delete your content yourself at any time via the admin link. Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for operation and security.

Processors and third parties

To deliver the service we use certain sub-processors:

• Hosting and storage: [hosting provider].
• Payment: Stripe (when payment is enabled).
• Email delivery: [email provider] (when email is enabled).
• Maps and calendar: Google — only when you choose "Show map" or "Add to calendar".

Transfers outside the EEA

Some services may involve transfer of data outside the EU/EEA. Any such transfer is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or another valid transfer mechanism.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or marketing. We use necessary local storage (localStorage) in your browser as described above so the service can work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, and the right to restriction, data portability and to object to the processing. Requests can be sent to post@myinvyt.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
